01 What is the NAATI CCL test?
The Credentialed Community Language test assesses your ability
to transfer meaning between English and another community
language, including Nepali. It focuses on accurate
comprehension, production, register and bilingual
communication in community situations.
02 Is Nepali available as a NAATI CCL language?
Yes. Nepali is currently included in NAATI’s list of languages
available for CCL testing. Candidates should confirm current
test availability and booking conditions through myNAATI.
03 Can passing NAATI CCL help me claim five migration points?
A successful NAATI CCL result may support a claim for
Credentialed Community Language points under an eligible
Australian migration pathway. Confirm current eligibility with
the Department of Home Affairs or a registered migration
professional before relying on these points.
04 What skills are assessed in NAATI CCL Nepali?
Important skills include listening, comprehension, memory,
note-taking, vocabulary, grammatical control, pronunciation,
fluency, appropriate register and accurate transfer of meaning
between Nepali and English.
05 What topics should I prepare for NAATI CCL Nepali?
Preparation should cover Australian community contexts such as
health, legal services, education, housing, employment,
immigration, banking, insurance, consumer matters and social
services.
06 How should I practise Nepali and English interpretation?
Practise both Nepali-to-English and English-to-Nepali
directions using timed dialogue segments. Listen once, take
concise notes, interpret the complete meaning and compare your
response against reliable feedback.
07 How can I improve my NAATI note-taking?
Use a consistent system of abbreviations, symbols, arrows,
numbers and keywords. Capture names, dates, actions, tense,
negatives and relationships instead of attempting to write
every spoken word.
08 Is vocabulary alone enough to pass NAATI CCL?
No. Vocabulary is important, but candidates must also
understand complete ideas and communicate them accurately.
Listening, memory, note-taking, controlled delivery and regular
dialogue practice are equally important.
09 Does Naati Nepali conduct the official NAATI test?
No. Naati Nepali is an independent test-preparation provider.
Official applications, bookings, test policies, results and
credentials are managed directly by NAATI.
10 What is PTE Academic?
PTE Academic is a computer-based academic English test
assessing speaking, writing, reading and listening. It is used
for eligible study, professional and migration purposes,
depending on the receiving organisation’s requirements.
11 How long is PTE Academic?
Pearson currently describes PTE Academic as an approximately
two-hour computer-based test. Candidates should check the
latest official test-format information before their test.
12 What sections are included in PTE Academic?
The current format has three main parts: Speaking and Writing,
Reading, and Listening. Some integrated questions may
contribute to more than one communicative-skill score.
13 What are the newer PTE speaking tasks?
Respond to a Situation and Summarize Group Discussion were
introduced into PTE Academic in August 2025. Preparation should
use resources aligned with the current format.
14 How is PTE Academic scored?
PTE Academic reports an overall score and individual scores for
speaking, writing, reading and listening on a 10–90 scale.
Pearson uses automated scoring with human-expert involvement
in parts of its scoring and quality-control processes.
15 How quickly are PTE results released?
Pearson states that PTE Academic results are typically
available within two days, although processing times may vary
for individual test takers.
16 What PTE score do I need for Australia?
There is no single score for every purpose. Universities,
professional bodies and visa pathways set their own overall and
skill-score requirements. Confirm the current criteria of the
organisation receiving your result.
17 Can Nepali-speaking students join PTE preparation?
Yes. Nepali-speaking students can receive clearer explanations
and structured guidance while developing the English skills
required for PTE Academic.
18 Can I prepare for NAATI CCL and PTE at the same time?
Yes, but the tests assess different abilities. PTE Academic
focuses on English proficiency, while NAATI CCL focuses on
transferring meaning between English and Nepali. Allocate
separate preparation time to each format.
19 Are the courses delivered online?
Online learning options are available for students across
Australia. Exact access periods, live sessions, resources and
tutor-support inclusions depend on the selected course package.
20 What is included in the NAATI Nepali CCL course?
Preparation focuses on dialogue interpretation, vocabulary,
note-taking, memory, accuracy, fluency and exam-style practice.
Review the current course page for exact package inclusions.
21 What is included in the PTE Academic course?
The course covers speaking, writing, reading and listening,
including current PTE question types, academic English
development, practice tasks and performance feedback.
22 Why are small classes helpful?
Small classes can provide more opportunities to speak, ask
questions and receive individual corrections. Tutors can also
identify recurring weaknesses and offer more focused guidance.
23 Do mock tests guarantee that I will pass?
No. Mock tests help you understand timing, identify weaknesses
and practise under realistic conditions, but your final result
depends on your skills, preparation and test-day performance.
24 What is the 100% course-fee refund policy?
The refund policy requires
five students to enrol and book together as one eligible group.
If an eligible group member fails the relevant official test,
that failed student may receive a
100% refund of their eligible Naati Nepali course fee,
subject to official-result verification and the written policy
provided at enrolment.
25 Is a five-person group booking mandatory?
Yes. Five students must enrol and book together.
Individual enrolments and groups containing fewer than five
eligible students do not qualify for this specific 100%
course-fee refund offer.
26 If one group member fails, who receives the refund?
Only the eligible student who receives the unsuccessful
official result may receive a refund of that student’s eligible
course fee. Group members who pass do not receive a refund.
27 Does the refund cover the official test fee?
No. The offer applies only to the eligible Naati Nepali course
fee. Official NAATI or PTE test fees, rescheduling charges and
other third-party costs are not included.
